Message | Dear Kwara Care Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request clarification on the coverage details of the Kwara Care HMO plan, as well as the availability of services at your registered hospitals. As a beneficiary through my place of work, I recently visited a registered hospital to utilize the eye clinic services. However, I was informed that the eye clinic services were not covered under Kwara Care. Additionally, a colleague of mine experienced a similar issue when visiting a clinic for a diagnostic test. He was being attended to, but when the test was to be conducted, he was asked to pay out of pocket because Kwara Care allegedly does not cover the cost of the test. This has raised concerns about the extent of the coverage provided. Moreover, another colleague visited a hospital and was informed that the person who would attend to them was not available, further highlighting concerns about service accessibility under Kwara Care. Given these experiences, I would appreciate it if you could provide a detailed breakdown of the services covered under the Kwara Care HMO plan, particularly in relation to eye care, diagnostic tests, and the availability of medical personnel at registered hospitals. This information will be invaluable in helping us fully understand the benefits we are entitled to and plan our healthcare accordingly. Thank you in advance for your assistance, and I look forward to your prompt response. Best regards, Ibrahim Ridwan Member NO: 1084469 |
