Flag-off Civil Servants Sensitization Across MDAs

Apr 15, 2026 | News

The Kwara State Health Insurance Agency announced that it had officially commenced the sensitization and orientation of civil servants across various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs). This initiative was described as a key part of the onboarding process for the State Health Insurance Scheme.

The Agency stated that, as of April 13, 2026, its teams were engaging civil servants across several MDAs—including the Ministry of Finance, the Accountant General’s Office, and the Ministry of Water Resources—to provide them with vital information regarding the scheme’s benefits and registration requirements.

It was further explained that the exercise was a critical step in ensuring all civil servants were well-informed and prepared to access quality healthcare services. The Agency noted that the sensitization efforts would continue across further MDAs and were scheduled to conclude on April 24, 2026.

Finally, the Agency encouraged all civil servants to participate actively in the exercise to secure their health and that of their families, concluding with the sentiment that they were building a healthier Kwara together.
